UK – What HiFi Show – ExCel London 2008

Congratulations go to What HiFi on an excellent and successful show. Wilson Benesch presented a two-channel and a multi-channel system at this years What HiFi Show at London’s ExCel.

An acoustically isolated closed booth was built to provide for the two channel system. This provided the ideal opportunity to demonstrate the Nanotube One Tonearm. Audionet systems delivered all the power to Square Two’s in both systems, both of which were augmented by the Torus Infrasonic Generator.

Wilson Benesch collaborated with Clearer Audio Cables to provide a combined presentation, a major source of interest for the many listeners. Clearer Audio cables were implemented throughout the Wilson Benesch Presentation. The Clearer Audio closed room presentation also used Wilson Benesch Arc loudspeakers and Torus system. Blue Ray and Processing for the open air system was provided by Yamaha to who we are very grateful and look forward to working with again at the Bristol Show in 2009.

In addition to this comprehensive demonstration Wilson Benesch loudspeakers could also be seen courtesy of Chord Electronics who deployed their own Chimera’s to demonstrate the remarkable technology of the Chordette Gem!

Finally, we would like to extend our gratitude to Cervelo who supplied Wilson Benesch with the stunning carbon fibre S2 bike used to win this years Tour De France. Cervelo supplied the bikes to CSC-Saxo Bank, providing Carlos Sastre the materials to complete his victory. Wilson Benesch displayed the bike to exemplify the use of carbon fibre technology in other high performance structural systems. Thanks to this beautiful machine, we could illustrate how form follows function in the most precise way in engineering fields adjacent to Wilson Benesch. The S2 is referred to in the film about the Nano tube One Tonearm. The film was created at the show by CineNow.
