Trinity / Torus demonstration
Wilson Benesch would like to thank everyone who attended Munich 2007.
The High End Show is the oldest show in the world and has always been a world class event. It attracts visitors from around the world thanks to the tireless efforts of Branco Glisovic and the High End Society. Wilson Benesch has been attending the High End show for fifteen years. Munich is very new but is without question the main international event for High End Audio providing as it does a venue for almost 90% of the worlds audio companies. We look forward to making a substantial contribution to this event next year.
2007 will be seen as the year when Wilson Benesch completed its design objectives for wide bandwidth loudspeaker design. The Torus / Trinity combination delivers sound of the highest clarity from 18Hz to100kHz!
This exciting new genre in loudspeaker design endorses the company’s long term commitment to vinyl and other high resolution sources. As always, turntables out numbered digital sources at the High End Show. The Germans are to be congratulated in being the leading nation in the preservation of vinyl. They were also the first to embrace the first Wilson Benesch design in 1992 when so many were claiming that vinyl was dead.
Redbook C.D. was never alive, so cannot claim to have even died. It joins the cassette tape in the redundant format section. Never before has it been so clear that 20kHz to 20 kHz bandwidth is simply not good enough!
The first production of Trinity is being shipped in July with reviews already being scheduled. Watch this space for further announcements on this innovative design.
